As of July 31, 2009 Progressive Beginnings has entered into a contract with Sheboygan County to become one of the therapy providers for services in the Birth to Three Program.
The Birth to Three Program is a federally mandated program provided for families of children with a developmental concern, impairment or injury between the ages of birth to 36 months.
On their third birthday the child is either transitioned into a school environment or discharged from the birth to three program.
Therapy and other services are provided in the child's natural environment which could include their home, daycare, preschool or any other environment where other non impaired children may be present.
